Business Manager Terms of Use (Sample Agreement)

1. Introduction
1.1. This agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is a legal document establishing the terms and conditions for the use of business managers sold by the store.

1.2. Any user who accesses or uses a business manager agrees to the terms and conditions set forth herein. If the user does not agree with these terms, they must immediately cease using the business manager and contact the store for a refund.

2. Use of Business Managers
2.1. Business managers sold by the store are intended for personal use only and may not be transferred to other users.

2.2. The user agrees not to use the business manager for any illegal purposes.

2.3. The user is not permitted to resell the business manager to third parties.

2.4. The user is not permitted to modify personal information within the business manager without prior consent and approval from the store.

3. Store's Responsibilities
3.1. The store guarantees that the business manager will remain functional for 24 hours from the moment of purchase.

3.2. In the event that the business manager stops working before the 24-hour period expires, the user may contact the store for an account replacement or a refund.

4. Customer's Responsibilities
4.1. The customer agrees to check the purchased business manager within 30 minutes of purchase.

4.2. If the customer discovers any defects in the business manager within this timeframe, they may contact the store for an account replacement or a refund.

4.3. If the customer does not report any malfunctions in the business manager within 30 minutes, they thereby confirm that the account is working correctly and fully meets their requirements.
